Extreme Engineering, the leader in family suspended coasters, engineering design and adventure rides, is debuting its award winning Cloud Coaster with 4 standard layouts.  Each exciting layout was designed in mind to be sensitive to price, achieve great capacity numbers and provide a family-friendly experience to FECs and theme parks worldwide.  The engineering team at Extreme Engineering was able to design the 4 standard track options with over a 20% reduction in costs.  “Our team worked incredibly hard on enhancing our Cloud Coaster project for Vinpearl Land in Vietnam, allowing us to carefully reduce design and manufacturing costs into all future designs,” states Phil Wilson, Executive Vice President with Extreme Engineering.

“The more we design and build, the better we understand how to maintain the rider experience and provide the best possible value to our customers,” states Jeff Wilson, CEO with Extreme Engineering.  The 4 standard Cloud Coaster layouts even include a dueling coaster option, providing capacities over 220 riders per hour.  All 4 Cloud Coaster tracks are priced just above $200K and right under $1M.  Extreme Engineering is also including custom color options for the columns, cross members and ride vehicles.  Theming opportunities, including future, exciting coaster features will be available in the very near future.  “Our goal was to always create a family-friendly roller coaster at an affordable price-point.  These new aggressive prices, and standard track layouts, make owning a roller coaster even more possible to almost every market sector in our industry, states Phil Wilson.”

With price performance at the top of each Cloud Coaster design, experience certainly hasn’t been compromised.  Huge improvements have been engineered into the Cloud Coaster’s track.  Each track has improved and more drastic turns, drops and sudden stops in each layout.  Each unique layout takes advantage of every possible exciting feature available jam packed in a modular configuration.

Currently Extreme Engineering has sold 7 projects throughout the globe with 5 coaster projects in operation.  Vietnam’s Vinpearl Land, in Phu Quoc, is the most recent project to open in early 2020.
